Welcome to RCO.bio. By using our platform and purchasing a subscription or listing plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. By checking the acceptance box prior to payment, you confirm your full agreement with these terms.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to RCO.bio and its operating entity.

• “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any individual or business who subscribes to or uses any service or product provided on RCO.bio.

2. Services and Listings

• RCO.bio offers a business directory platform where users can create dedicated business pages, post listings including products, properties, vehicles, news, and more.

• Users can choose between various membership plans. Each plan offers a specific set of features and limits, clearly outlined on our pricing page.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to RCO.bio are final and non-refundable, regardless of the duration of usage, early cancellation, or any user dissatisfaction.

• This applies to all subscription plans, listing fees, advertising products, and any service purchased via our platform.

4. Website Availability

• We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue the website or any of its services, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

• In the event of such suspensions, users shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund.

5. User-Submitted Content

• By submitting any content (text, images, videos, listings, etc.) on RCO.bio, you acknowledge that:

  • Your content is non-confidential and non-proprietary.

  • We may share your content with third-party service providers or promotional partners.

  • You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you publish.

    Reviews and Public Comments

    • Visitors to the website may post reviews or comments regarding listed businesses.

    • Such reviews are considered permanent and non-removable, even if the content is critical or negative, as long as it does not violate legal boundaries (e.g., hate speech, defamation, or illegal content).

    • Business owners may respond publicly to reviews but may not request the removal of a review unless it clearly violates our content policies. RCO.bio retains the final decision-making authority regarding content moderation.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or illegal content.

  • Use the platform for spamming or phishing.

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.

• We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, design, and functionality are the exclusive property of RCO.bio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

• While we take standard precautions to protect user data, we do not guarantee the confidentiality of any information submitted to the website.

• By using the platform, you consent to the possible sharing of your data with affiliated or third-party partnersfor the purpose of service improvement or promotion.

9. Modifications to Terms

• RCO.bio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

11. Use of RCO Trust Badge and Membership Rights

• Active members of RCO.bio who are subscribed to any current listing plan are permitted to display the RCO Trust Badge:

  • Digitally at the bottom of their business website.

  • Physically as a printed sticker at their place of business.

• This badge symbolizes verified participation in the RCO.bio directory and the associated privileges.

• If a business fails to renew its membership, they are no longer authorized to display or benefit from any RCO-related visual or service-based elements.

• Any continued use of the badge or related privileges after membership expiry is a violation of our terms and will incur a penalty:

  • AED 10,000 or 10x the monthly membership fee (whichever is higher) per month of unauthorized use.

  • RCO.bio reserves the right to take legal action against any misuse or misrepresentation.

By continuing to use our services or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
