Includes firms authorized by the Emirates Authority for Specifications and Standards to undertake issuing the conformity certificates for the modified vehicles according the standards of quality and standardization approved by the authorizer, on both local and international level, the approval of the competent licensing authorities of said conformity certificates is solely subject to their prevailing traffic regulations and legislations.
