This is a government office established in the Dubai by any competent official entity subordinated to a foreign country in order to activate trade relations with that country and to promote its products as well as its industrial and commercial enterprises, such offices are not allowed to carry out any trading activity nor enter into commercial transactions and deals by themselves.
